A Team Financial Performance Program (TFP) is used with a team at any level of the organization to improve its financial performance impact and to show the team how it plan to achieve sustained improvement by understanding the financial signatures of its members and the composite financial mission of the team.
The TFP differs from the Valuation Alignment Program in that is used at any level of the organization whereas a VAP is aimed for use at higher levels and at those levels (including strategy and finance) that have a formal responsibility for company valuation and for analyzing competitive issues and market positioning.
