Effective Valuation Leadership

Perth Leadership Programs are designed to increase your organization's valuation by providing you with strategic valuation advice based on innovative executive assessments.

Help your team win more sales and achieve higher profits by demonstrating how the Financial Signatures® of your people can be harnessed to increase profitability and improve valuation outcomes.

The Perth Leadership Institute offers the following products to its clients and licensees:

  • Individual Financial Performance Program (IFP) - The IFP assesses participants to show their Financial Signature® and Financial Mission™ and provides coaching and feedback on how they can improve their financial outcome in order to maximize their own financial performance and their impact on the financial performance of their organization.

  • Team Financial Performance Program (TFP) - A TFP is used with a team at any level of the organization to improve its financial performance impact and to show it how it plan to achieve sustained improvement by understanding the Financial Signatures of its members and the composite Financial Mission of the team.

  • Valuation Alignment Programs™ (VAP) - The VAP is a unique and highly effective way to link the leadership resources of the organization with the improvement of its competitive position, its profitability and its financial performance. This Program aligns the Financial Signatures of your leadership team with the valuation target of your enterprise.

  • Succession Planning Program (SPP) - The SPP allows organizations to integrate profitability considerations directly into succession planning programs and to link them directly to organizational effectiveness efforts and programs. These include reviews of team effectiveness and team succession planning, all crucial issues in today's organizations which are facing multiple competitive challenges, fast-moving environments and, sometimes, rapid movements of senior executives occasioned by changes in the business.

  • Corporate Selection - This program shows Selection Committees and recruiters the likely financial outcome impact of candidates on the organization. This adds a much needed dimension to understanding a candidate's profile and likely behavior before they are placed into a new role. The Corporate Financial Outcome Report is delivered to the Selection Committee or other relevant personnel after the candidate has completed the convenient online assessments. The Corporate Financial Outcome Report can be used on its own or in conjunction with other selection tools.
