Individual Financial Performance Improvement Program (IFP)

Description

The IFP assesses participants by revealing their Financial Signature® and providing coaching and feedback on how they can improve their own financial performance and their impact on the financial performance of their organization.

Outcomes

  • Unique self awareness of traits showing one's financial performance
  • Real world improvement recommendations
  • Improved ability to meet financial goals of their organization
  • Increased margins resulting from their decisions and work

The Program

Three components:

  1. Assessments
  2. Coaching sessions
  3. Summary report with recommended development plan (Optional)

1. Assessments

  • Financial Outcome Assessment™ (FOA) - identifies and measures intensity one's of Financial Signature®
  • Executive Outcome Assessment™ (EXOA) - identifies and measures leadership traits that provide the basis for improving one's financial mission

2. Coaching

  • Two post-assessment sessions      4 hours total

3. Summary report with recommended development plan (Optional)

  • Preparation of customized development plan to provide to participant subsequent to the final coaching session.
