Reduce Hiring and Promotion Risk!

The Ideal Occupant Financial Assessment™ (IOFA) shows what team members believe the ideal characteristics should be for a top executive position in order to perform well in from a financial and valaution perspective. However it does this by focusing on what they believe the ideal characteristics should be in order to achieve certain enterprise or divisional financial and valuation outcomes. This assessment helps your company avoid hiring mistakes or senior executive failure by developing a profile of the Ideal Occupant for a senior management or executive leadership position.

For example, board members could conduct an Ideal Occupant Financial Assessment™ when selecting a CEO. A project team could conduct an Ideal Occupant Financial Assessment™ when engaged in a search for a Project Manager. Once the Ideal Occupant Financial Assessment™ is created, it can be compared with the actual personal profile of an executive filling the position using the Financial Outcome Assessment™ to discover gaps between the ideal and the actual financial and valuation outcome characteristics of a position.

The Ideal Occupant Financial Assessment™ is typically used to assess the Ideal Occupant financial and valuation characteristics of the following positions:

  • Chairman
  • CEO
  • Board Members
  • COO
  • EVP
  • General Manager
  • VP with P&L responsibilities
  • Project Manager
  • Transitional Manager

Valuation Outcome Testing Improves Team Performance.

The Ideal Occupant Financial Assessment™ is a composite report showing where team members place the executive position on Perth's Leadership Outcome Model™ (PLOM).in terms of their Financial Signature™. It identifies the financial traits the term perceives as most important to successful team impact on enterprise outcome as well as those which may have an adverse impact on company outcome and performance. Each member of the team will receive an Ideal Occupant Financial Assessment™ Composite Report showing any gaps between the actual profile of the individual being considered to fill the position and the Ideal Occupant Financial Characteristics.
