7/29/05: McGraw Hill publishes new book by Dr. Ted Prince "The Three Financial Styles of Very Successful Leaders: Strategic Approaches to Identifying the Growth Drivers of Every Company". It will be sold in Borders and Barnes and Nobles stores everywhere.

7/15/05: Perth Leadership moves to new office space to meet business expansion needs.

May-June 2005: We conducted training classes in Dallas and Gainesville for our consultants. This covered Tier 2, which is experientially-based training for the Valuation Alignment Program. This training is a lot more fun since it is highly participative and challenging, even for experienced consultants. And it is a bit more palatable being only 2 days in length.

4/03/05: Addressed an audience of CEOs and senior HR executives at the Center for Creative Leadership on PLOM and financial signature. CCL is ranked by Business Week as the number 1 institution globally for leadership education.

4/01/05: The prestigious Sloan Management Review published by MIT is publishing an article by Dr Ted Prince entitled "The Fiscal Behavior of CEOs", an important new contribution to leadership and valustion theory."

March 2005: We launched the training of our first two groups of consultants, in Dallas and in Gainesville. Both groups comprised management consultants and executive coaches with impressive backgrounds and experience. This was Tier 1 training which provides the basic training in the principles of PLOM and financial signature. Each session lasted three days. These consultants will become the core of Perth's consulting team.

2004

11/5/04: Gave a speech at the annual conference of the International Leadership Association in Washington, D.C.. The ILA is a global association, with members drawn form the private, government and academic sectors so it is a great place to try out new ideas and obtain feedback from a variety of perspectives.

8/28/04: Addressed participants at the Institute for Pharmacy Entrepreneurship of the University of Florida. This was an interesting group since they are independent pharmacists and business people whose interest is less in leadership per se and more in how they can use leadership approaches to improve their business functioning, which is exactly what Perth does.

8/3-5/04: Conducted training for the University of Florida, Leadership Development Institute, in PLOM. The LDI was established in early 2004 and is already achieving a strong reputation for the strength of its programs.

7/16/04: In a new departure for us we tested and addressed a group of graduate dentists who are completing advanced graduate training in dentistry at the University of Florida, Comprehensive Dental Program. Professional with practices have unique busienss needs and Perth's Financial Outcome Assessment provides a completely new appraoch for them, and opens up new perspectives on their business potential and functioning.

5/15/04 - The Perth Leadership Institute has just entered into a partnership with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Florida. The Center will make use of Perth's leadership outcome assessments in its work and teaching. According to Professor Arnie Heggestad, the Director of the Center, "We have been impressed by the innovative assessments of the Perth Leadership Institute and their potential to make leaders of entrepreneurial companies more successful." Contact the Center to find out more about their own leadership role in training for Entrepreneurship.

4/15/04 - The Perth Leadership Institute has also entered into a research collaboration agreement with Kaplan de Vries, Inc. a leading company in the area of leadership training. Kaplan de Vries has a strong background in research and publications in the area of leadership evaluation. The two companies will be colloaborating in researching outcome-based measures of leadership.

4/14/04 - The Perth Leadership Institute has just entered into a partnership with the Center for Emerging Technologies at the State University of New York, Stony Brook, Long Island, to provide leadership training to CEOs and other leaders of technology-based companies. See SUNY Stony Brook - Center for Emerging Technology. This will provide the basis for promoting the growth of entrepreneurial companies in the Long Island area. According to Pat Malone, Director of the Center, "We were intrigued and impressed by the Perth Leadership Institute's new approach to leadership training. This partnership will provide us at SUNY Stony Brook with unique new ways of helping the leadership development of entreprenerial companies in our area"

2/21/04 - Wise Counsel has just become a licensee of the Perth Leadership Institute. Wise Counsel is an organization that supports CEOs in growing their companies and providing them with a regular forum to discuss their leadership challenges and opportunities with other CEOs. It achieves this through regular roundtables where members can help teach and mentor each other. Wise Counsel is a faith-based organization and integrates these principles into management to aid the business and spiritual growth of their members. 12/16/03 -- Alliance Education Group (AEG),has signed an agreement with the Perth Leadership Institute to become a licensee of the Perth Leadership System. AEG is a well-known executive training company based in Fairfax, Virginia. It was founded in 1991 by its three founding partners, all from Ernst and Young.
