CEO Performance ImprovementThe Perth Leadership Institute runs CEO and Top Manager Boot Camps and Seminars for the business leaders of companies and divisions of larger companies. They are aimed at improving the executive performance of these leaders. The CEO and Top Manager Boot Camps and Seminars do not claim to provide all the answers, but to make business leaders aware of the issues, especially those that relate to the profile of their personal executive leadership style and its impact on the market value and valuation of their enterprise. The material for the CEO and Top Manager Boot Camps and Seminars is based on the Perth Leadership Outcome Model™ from The Perth Leadership Institute and provides an approach to developing a personal and corproate strategy for increasing the market value and the valuation of the organization.

Seminars on Financial Impact Improvement for Executives and Managers

The CEO and Top Manager Boot Camps and Seminars are not simply presentations. They comprise several presentation modules each followed by workgroup sessions that examine more closely issues in the previous presentation module. Open seminar discussions create further opportunities to explore strategies for improving the financial and business outcomes of the organization through focusing on leadership assessment and development and so enhancing overall managerial effectiveness. CEO and Top Manager Boot Camps and Seminars are designed to be highly interactive so participants should come prepared to be actively involved, not just to listen.

Our Senior Executive Seminars are aimed at both executives in senior positons and those who aim to get there. This provides them with a simulation of what it takes to increase the market value of their unit and of the overall enterprise. The Senior Executive Seminars usually last between 4 hours and 3 days, depending on customer objectives.

The Senior Executive Workshop addresses how to achieve financial and valuation success as an executive. It focuses particularly on the personal profile and Financial Signature® of senior executives and shows how they are linked to different types of business outcomes.
